We pride ourselves on being able to deliver the absolute highest standard of therapeutic treatments. Treatments are available in our bespoke Cheltenham based facility.
Our team of therapists are all highly qualified and fully insured members of our sister company Sapphire Spa Solutions Ltd. They work in some of the most incredible and celebrated spas in the UK.
We are therefore able to offer an incredibly varied treatment list with all treatments completely bespoke and tailored to you and your needs.
Massage

Massage therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissues and is primarily used to treat the body’s aches, pains and stresses. There are many different modalities of massage therapy dating back to ancient times. Massage is not an alternative treatment to conventional medicine but is an important health benefit that should be used alongside conventional medicines.
At Sapphire Spa Therapy Centre, we have therapists qualified to carry out safe and effective treatments.
If you are pregnant then we do not recommend having any massage in your first trimester, but we do have some incredible therapists specialising in pregnancy and post-partum massage, which is perfectly safe to have after your first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
If you are going through or have recently recovered from any Cancer treatments, we have therapists fully qualified to deliver safe and relaxing massage treatments for you.

Reflexology
Reflexology
Reflexology is an incredible, ancient treatment involving the application of pressure to different points on the feet in order to promote healing in corresponding areas of the body.
The therapist uses their expert knowledge to manipulate the feet to relieve tension, pain and imbalances throughout the body. It is believed that this practice has been used throughout history to facilitate the body’s own natural and innate healing, guiding the body’s natural healing energies to areas of the body in need of balance.

Our facials are completely tailored to you and are designed to be both highly relaxing as well as results driven.
We use Temple Spa products, our own expertise and facial tools such as Gua Sha stones, rollers, brushes and steamers to create a facial that best suits your skin type and delivers the results that you want.
In every facial, your skin will be cleansed, toned, massaged and moisturised with the ideal products for your skin type. We will also focus on your problem areas and use exfoliation, masks and serums if needed to create your perfect facial experience.
Hot Stones
Hot Stones
Relax and unwind with our hot stones full body massage. A gentler way of getting deeper into tired and aching muscles without the pressure of a deep tissue massage. Allow the stones to warm and soothe deeper muscles, gently working out those day to day aches and pains and leaving you feeling cosy and care free.
Scrubs
Scrubs
Our scrubs can range from just feet, bespoke back scrubs or full body, depending on your needs and wishes. Due to a lack of shower facilities in our bespoke therapy centre, we do not offer full body scrubs on site but are able to offer these in your own home if desired.
Reiki
Reiki
Reiki is an incredible form of energy healing, originating in Japan. Reiki practitioners are not healers or magicians, they are merely channels for Universal energy, the energy that is found in all things both living and object and all around us.
During a treatment, this energy is channelled through the therapists’ hands into your body, where your body will use it to promote your own inner healing. The job of the practitioner is to provide you with the safe space, time and relaxation required for you to complete your own healing journey.
We highly recommend learning Reiki for yourself, to treat yourself to this powerful (yet gentle) therapy whenever you need it. Our sister company Sapphire Spa Academy can offer you this training should you be interested.
